1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Fast-BD ProposalCraft ("the Service" or "Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not install or use the Service.

2. License Grant

Upon purchasing a Lifetime Pro license, Fast-BD grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension for your personal or agency business use. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software.

3. Acceptable Use & Platform Compliance

You agree to use Fast-BD solely in compliance with all applicable laws and third-party terms of service, including Upwork's Terms of Service. Fast-BD is intended strictly as an assistive writing and workflow productivity tool. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all proposals before sending them to clients.

4. AI API Usage & Costs

Fast-BD operates on a Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) architecture. Users provide their own API credentials for third-party AI models (e.g., Google AI Studio or OpenAI). Any API fees incurred through your usage of those services remain your sole responsibility.

5. Refund Policy (14-Day Guarantee)

We stand by the quality of Fast-BD. We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, email us at [email protected] with your order number, and your refund will be issued promptly.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While Fast-BD is designed to increase your proposal quality and win rate, we do not guarantee specific contract wins, earnings, or job responses on Upwork or any other freelancing platform.

In no event shall Fast-BD or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the software.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following posted updates constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
