Hi David,

Saw your posting regarding multi-modal document ocr with colpali & vision llms. Over the past year, I have successfully executed similar production engagements focusing specifically on vision-first document retrieval replacing fragile legacy regex OCR.

Here is my recommended 3-step action plan for your project:
1. Conduct an immediate architectural audit to identify the exact performance bottlenecks or friction points.
2. Implement battle-tested, modular solutions with automated regression tests to guarantee zero regressions.
3. Deploy continuous monitoring and deliver comprehensive handover documentation so your team can maintain the system with ease.

I have relevant production case studies and active code repositories demonstrating this exact implementation. Would you be open to a brief 10-minute technical exchange to discuss your timeline?

Best,
[Your Name]
